How to: Hide row and column headings.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu, then click the 'View' tab. Select the 'Row & Column Headers' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) In the 'Window Options' group, select the 'Row & Column Headers' check box.
4) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: To hide the row and column headings, repeat the above steps.
